Ipad4. Can't send e-mail with photo attachment. Goes to out box and won't send out side of greater vancouver BC. Currently in Hawaii, local wifi. Am with Shaw webmail in Vancouver BC.

Ipad4 receives e-mails with attachments including photos. Currently with Shaw webmail located in Vancouver BC Canada. Am in Kauai, Hawaii.Can receive e-mails ok here using local wifi. Can send e-mails with no attachments. Try and include photos, won't go. E-mails go to the outbox and stay there until we return home to BC. Had the same thing happen when in Italy last year. What's up? iPad is updated to 7.01.
