My Macbook Pro won't charge

I have an early 2011 Macbook Pro 13", core i5 2.3GHz

Till about a week ago it won't charge unless I move the MagSafe to a certain position. I cleaned both MagSafe port and adapter, using a cottonswab as Apple reccomended, and it didn't help in my case. I thought it was the charger as I've done research, so I borrowed my friends' early 2011 Macbook Pro 15", core i7 2.0GHz, and it won't charge on my mac, but it charges on his. Any suggestions? I need to get this fixed fast as I have lots of work to do with my mac. I've tried taking the battery out, before it stopped charging at all, it worked for a few seconds, then it shuts down again. Before it stopped charging completely a vague green light showed up at the adapter, now nothing at all.

Confirm the correct wattage AC adapter for the computer. A power adapter rated for a lower wattage than is required for the system may not reliably charge the computer. For assistance identifying the proper adapter, review Intel Based Mac notebooks: Identifying the right power adapter and power cord--US. Additional adapter troubleshooting is available in Troubleshooting MagSafe adapters. If issues persist please reset the SMC.

Charger is eliminated because my friend can charge his laptop with my charger, battery is not a fault too, because I was able to charge it in the morning of thr day it broke. Circuits, my highest chance. But what does this have to do with a logic board? Thanks for the ifno, I'm planning on going there tomorrow. How long does this test usually take?
