new email Old email pops up

i changed the email on my iphone and i want to reset it back to factory settings to install a new sim since i just got my phone unlocked but it always comes up with my old email address which i have no idea what the password is for it how do i fix this

Thank you for the question. It sounds like you are being prompted for the password for your previous Apple ID when trying to restore your iPhone.
