A1248/A1249

hi guys.

At the back of my iPhone 5 it stated the model A1429. But when I go to setting > general > about > legal > regulatory, i found out it stated model A1428.

As far as I concern model A1428 is for North America use and model A1429 is for International use. Because of this I could not get any LTE line at my country, Malaysia.

Does it possible to change it back to A1249 and how?

Please help me.
