facing a lot of bugs on iphone 4 ios 7.1

these are the bugs i am facing...

1. battery drain.

2. keypad gets stuck when i use the search option on the home screen. i have to reboot it again to make the keypad disappear.

3. 7.1 stated that it enhances the iphone 4 performance.. i feels its slower now..

4. some apps dont launch, and some get stuck unexpectedly.

5. Wifi connectivity is not auto, even when my wifi is switched on, my phone doesnt detect, have to go to settings and then join the network..(mind it, i have auto join enabled, and this is my home network, so i dont delete that network everytime i am out of range)

these issues cropped up ever since i got the 7.1 update....Please help...
