10.9.2 - Photobooth no longer HD

Hello,

I use a Logitech C920 webcam with photobooth to take images for illustration purposes.

I have 2 macs (iMac & Macbook pro). I use both machines to take the photos at a resolution of 1620x1080

This has always worked well.

As soon as I updated to OSX 10.9.2 the resolution has gone down to 720x480

This resolution is too small for what I would like to use the images for.

I cannot find any way of changing the resolution of the images being taken.

Please can someone let me know what I need to do to get this working as it was pre-update?

Thanks a lot

PS - other applications can still access the camera at full resolution - e.g. in Skitch (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/skitch-snap.-mark-up.-send./id490505997?mt=8) I can take snapsots at the required resolution, but not in PhotoBooth.

I don't mind using Skitch but PB is much more suited to what I am doing.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks.
