How to move contacts from android to iPhone 4? I looked on website it says look for info on iTunes so not see that on my latest current version? help please

I am trying to move contacts from android phone to iphone 4 and read a copule of articals and said and shows this picuture for info and then sync contacts but have the lastest version of itunes as as well the new update for the new software and still do not see if in itunes were is this located so i can sync my contacts to iphone4? here is the picutre were it says link http://isource.com/2013/04/30/transfer-contacts-from-android-to-iphone/

Actually, iTunes can't do that for you anymore. But, if you upload Android contacts to accounts, like Google account, iCloud, you can sync accounts on your iPhone.

1. On your Android phone, open Contacts app. Go to the contacts list and tap the virtual button left to the home button. In the pop-up menu, choose Import/Export > Export to USB Storage or Export to SD card. Then, all contacts will be saved as 00001.vcf file, saved at /mnt/sdcard/00001.vcf.

2. Mount your Android phone on the computer as an external hard drive. After detected, you can open the your Android phone's SD card folder and copy the .vcf file to computer.

3. Sign in your Google account (here, I take Google account as an example, and you can also use other account) and upload the .vcf file to it.

4. Then, on your iPhone, go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account and choose Google account. Then, fill in your information, like name, email, password about your Google account. Then, turn on Contacts to sync.
