I can't sync ical with my iphone. When i go into itunes, calendar option and contact option does not show up. Please help - I want to update my iphone and i cant until i can tranfer info from my iphone to my macbookpro

Please help my sync my iphone calendar and contacts to my computer

iPhone 4, iOS 7.0.6, Mackbook Pro
