Unable to Process Your Request

I prepurchase shows through iTunes, which I watch on Apple TV..

iTunes sends me email notification that an episode is ready to download.

This time, when I try to download to my computer as I always have done, I get "Unale to Process Your Request" ... "Try again later".

Any suggestions of what I can do?

Apple TV (3rd generation), Windows 7

Hello Alison Jane,

It sounds like you are unable to download an episode after getting an email stating the episode was ready for download. I recommend first checking for available downloads with this article:

iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1725

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
  3. Type your account name and password if prompted.

If you are unable to download the video still, I would next try the Windows troubleshooting from this article:

Can't connect to the iTunes Store

Then, if your issue is still unresolved, follow these steps.
