iCloud

I have recently updated my iphone after my email account was hacked. I now cannot access icloud and the icon on my iphone will not respond. How can I fix this??

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1

It sounds like you are unable to add iCloud account to your iPhone because the iCloud section is grayed out. From what you describe it seems like Restrictions for Accounts may be enabled which would prevent you from being able to add an iCloud account to the Settings. You can check that here:


Turn on restrictions. Go to Settings > General > Restrictions, then tap Enable Restrictions.
