Apr 17, 2014 12:59 PM in response to Mac_Journalby BDAqua,Hmmm, which one had the .izma file in it?
The 10.1.102.64 one should've worked, but not the other one.
Did you try mine?

Apr 17, 2014 2:58 PM in response to BDAquaby Mac_Journal,Yes I did try your file, however it gave me the same error as the other two, this version of flash is not compatible with PPC macs. 10.1.102.64 has the file inside of it. I noticed that I made a mistake, the file that failed is .lzma. Strangely though, the Unarchiver couldn't open it. Do you have an idea of what's going on?

Apr 17, 2014 5:50 PM in response to Mac_Journalby BDAqua,I'm not giving up, but don't have any idea what is going on yet.
Where exactly IS this .lzma file?
I just downloaded mine again & tried, but since I have a hack installed to report it as a later version, it tells me it can't install due to a later version already installed.

Apr 18, 2014 7:21 AM in response to BDAquaby Mac_Journal,The file is called "flashplayer.plugin.lzma". I have no idea if the .plugin. makes a difference. On my mac, it tells me that it cannot be installed beccause it doesn't work on Power PC Macs.

Apr 18, 2014 9:29 PM in response to BDAquaby Mac_Journal,I believe so. The same file was used when I previously tried manually installing it with Pacifist.

-
Apr 19, 2014 7:50 AM in response to Mac_Journalby Mac_Journal,I thought of something. I am going to to use my other computer to install the 10.1.102.64 version of Flash. Then grab all the files from it and drag it into my Power Mac G5

Apr 19, 2014 12:27 PM in response to Mac_Journalby BDAqua,10.1.102.64, but we tried that I thought?

Apr 20, 2014 3:33 PM in response to BDAquaby Mac_Journal,We did. I am trying it again. I think it may be because the mac cannot unpack the .lzma file, since it says it has no set application to do it. Which would explain why the mac cannot install a version of Flash Player that should work.
