The default HyperSet (LP9) or LaneSet (LPX) has a definition already set up for Pitch Bend. Simply enter the MIDI events as required, but rememeber that the overall effect will ultimately depend on the bend range of the receiving Software Instrument.
To get a smooth pitch change, you will probably want to use a fine grid.

Apr 14, 2014 5:02 AM in response to CCTMby Brian Anderson3,to be more specific....I am using PIANO ROLL notes or MIDI EVENTS otherwise and would like to PITCH BEND certain notes(as beats) without affecting others that follow or precede How and can this be done to a single track? Thanks for responding

Sure it can be done both in Hyper Edit (LP9) Lane Edit (LPX) , or in the Piano Roll, Score & List editors.
The basic idea is to enter a Pitch bend off (ie PB=64) in between notes as a reset, the required PB messages through the duration of the note, followed by a PB reset back to 64 message immediately after the end of the note.
It would help if you could confirm which version of Logic you are using (terminology, some functionality and look different).

Apr 14, 2014 6:38 AM in response to CCTMby Brian Anderson3,I think you've lost me...I understand the activate and reset principle but where are these values written in on the HPER EDITOR or INSPECTOR? I'm using Logic Studio 9. Thanks a mil CCTM

Apr 22, 2014 12:23 AM in response to Brian Anderson3by Sandra D Brower,There are no charts for this kind of thing. Even if there were, every synth is going to respond differently so any chart would only be applicable to the synth it was derived from.
Sure, you can start with trying some math, but there's no guarantee that the number will work out. Even if they got you close, you might not end up with a perfect Bb no matter what you do. Suggest that the easiest approach is by trial and error.
