iPhone5 doesn't show up in iTunes, even though I can access the photos folder through Windows.

When I go to "Store > Authorize This Computer..." in iTunes I get a pop-up on the iPhone5 asking if I trust the computer. I say yes, but nothing happens. I have already unAuthorized all laptops (I had 4 authorized) and then reAuthorized this laptop, with no success.

When I go to "Settings > General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync" on the iPhone5 I see my laptop listed, but with different capitalization (as well as my old laptop, which I cannot delete).

Is there a way to clear all Sync info from the phone, and then re-auth my laptop? I think the capitalization may be the culprit.

Thanks,

Michael
