how to sync contacts to computer

Am I able to synchronize my iPhone 4S contacts to my HP laptop Outlook program? Does it update depending on the date the contact was last edited?

Lenovo, Windows XP Pro

Mo, if you have iTunes installed on the HP laptop and have Outlook (36 Bit Version) you should be able to sync your contact to the laptop when you attach the iDevice to the laptop and then you would be able to sync the contact to another iDevice.

I think I have the 64 bit on my laptop. Does that make a difference?

If you have 64 Bit version of Outlook you may have Calendar sync issues.
