Accidentally deleted all iPhone photos

Today I was trying to clear out all my pictures from 2013 to clear up some space. After copying all of them into a folder I deleted them from the folder titled "860OKMZO" (which probably isn't relevant). When I went to my camera roll on my iPhone all the pictures/videos were gone, not just the ones I deleted from 2013.

When I deletd the 2013 photos, it must have messed everything else up as well. The photos aren't accessible via the computer as well. Does anyone have any insight on what might have happened, and if so, what can I do?
