PLEASE HELP!: Facebook App and Facebook Messenger do not load my conversations

Facebook and Facebook messenger applications do not load any conversation, it gives me the error has occurred a problem with your connection or could not be loaded their conversations!

Try a different account and if the load perfectly and try to install and remove and reset-Restore but nothing!
