My iphone 4 keeps asking me to log into my itunes account whenever I try to use it whether to play a game, go online, look up a phone number, or send a text message. Does anyone know why it would do this and how can I stop the continued message

Check Settings > iTunes & App Stores and make sure you are signed in to your Apple ID.
Also open Game Center and make sure you are signed in there.
What does your question have to do with the title of your post..about upgrading the phones memory?
What EXACTLY is the message you're getting and what does this have to do with "upgrading the memory" in your iPhone, which you can't do, by the way...
