iTunes hd video rental unable to load pop up after watching 16 minutes

I rented two hd videos yesterday for my plane ride. I did have to re start the download but they did seem to complete the download fine. After watching about 16 minutes, I got a pop up message unable to load video. This happened to both video rentals. I tried power cycling and also trying again when I had an internet connection again. I tried to delete one of the videos to re download it but it wants me to re rent it. I deleted the email receipt after th download and it's not clear how to report a problem without it. Now it's going to expire so now what do I do?
