What devices can access PDFs stored in iCloud from a Macbook?

I saved a few PDFs to my iCloud earlier today using my Macbook, but I was wondering if these documents can be viewed on my iPhone or iPad using any of Apple's apps. Would iBooks be able to pull these PDFs from the cloud and save them locally?

Thanks!

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), iCloud, PDF

At the present time, they are only accessible on Macs signed into your account. If you want to access a .pdf in iBooks on your iOS devices, email it to yourself, then open the email on your iOS devices, tap and hold the attachment and choose Open in iBooks. Or, you can add them to your iTunes library and sync them to your devices from the Books tab of your iTunes sync settings. More details here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4227.
