I had a problem because I had to swap it with another phone because mine was having problems but before I switched it, I did the icloud backup but now I don't know how to get my photos after I reset it. Please help, I have precious pictures I want to gain again. I have an iPhone4S.

If you backed up your iPhone Camera Roll to iCloud, you can restore the backup to your replacement iPhone using the steps in this article:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

Restoring the backup will replace anything new you have on the replacement iPhone.
