My iPhone 5 is stuck on searching for service

Ive tried everything ive read on forums here but nothing seems to be working! I have also tried to restore my iPhone but I cant without deleting find my iPhone and it keeps coming up with error message so I cant delete it! Cant delete my iCloud either! Driving me crazy! Not sure if restoring the phone will even fix it. Had service on Thursday and then it just randomly stopped working and hasnt come back on! Could this be a hardware fault? Any helps appreciated!
