Q: iPad mini - Automatic Downloads

I have iPad mini and iOS is 7.1. I'm facing serious problem with automatic downloads of apps. Despite of disabling / deactivating auto downloads from Settings > iTunes & App Store, problems persists. Please advise / suggest.

It's hard to answer you because you only say "problems persists" and have not told us exactly what the problems are.

But my guess is you are affected by background app refresh, and not automatic downloads. Try Settings > General> Background App Refresh = "Off"

I meant.....despite of keeping AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS "off". Whenever I connect my iPad with internet....Application starts getting updated which is consuming lot of data.
