Always when i try to reset SAFARI 7.0.3 (OS X Mavericks 10.9.2) safari do not respond ( freezing spinning wheel )
Then i need to force quit Safari. Then i try to reset again and finally works.
Why when i try to reset for the first time Safari do not respond?

OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
Delete Safari .plist file.
Quit all applications.
Option click the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
Select "Library" from the drop down.
Library > Preferences > com.apple.Safari.plist
Right click on it and select "Move To Trash".
Restart. Relaunch Safari.
