Hey Estrella, Unless you have an iPod 5 you can not get iOS 7. iOS 7 requires 512MB of RAM, currently the model with 512MB of RAM is the iPod 5. If you do have an iPod 5 connect to your computer and tap update from your iPod page. Hope this helps. Cheers
