iPhones have never had a Flash player, so Safari will not be looking for one. The message must be coming from a website.
The message says to download flash palyer or ignore this message. When i click on ignore the iphone says a message of error 404.The same thing when i click on download flash palyer. I don't know what to do because of this i can't use safari.
There is no Flash player for the iPhone, therefore you cannot download it. Safari is not asking you to download Flash player. Again, it is a website giving you this message. If it needs Flash, you're not going to be able to use that site.

Google does not demand Flash. I do not know what you are doing, but if you go to Settings > Safari, you will see that Google is the default search engine used by Safari. You do not need to go to a Google site.
While you are there, clear your history, cookies and data. If that doesn't help, try resetting your phone: hold down power and Home buttons together until the Apple logo is displayed.
