How do you change your rescue email?

I've been having trouble with my "rescue" email, because I don't know what it is. Reason is, is because I'm also trying to figure out what my answers to my security questions are, I've forgotten them over the past couple of years maybe? Anyways, if anyone knows how to help me, please do. Or do you think I should just contact the apple people or whatever.
