iMac G4: Reattaching a disconnected cable

Hi Guys!
I have been given a 17" G4 iMac 700 Mhz. The guy who gave it to me advised that he hasn't used it & doesn't know if it still works...
After having opened it up I saw that the cable labelled TMSD has come un-attached from the logic board.
Just wondering how to re-attach the **** thing... Is it a solder job? Any online walkthroughs would be appreciated.

Regards,
Ben.

Ben,

In this photo you can see the video connector (which is a varient of TDMS).

The white strip next to the small metal connector is one of two foam pads that are used to hold a black plastic clip over the connector.

I had the logic board replaced on one of my iMacs and the Apple Authorised Service Provider never replaced those foam pads. The black clip is now loose on that machine but I never have any issues with it. So I would suggest that it's not an issue.

The actual video connector is very delicate and fine but should just push in okay. User uploaded file
