Phone number stuck in iMessages servers but not use in a iPhone anymore

Hi,

I've stopped using my old iPhone and put my SIM-card into a new non-apple device. Since I've got a problem my phone number is still marked as iMessage phone number for some of my friendd using iPhones (but not all of them!)

I've done the checks and well disconnected my iMessages account on all of my apple-devices and my phone number do not show up in any of them but still having same issues !

I wanted to get in touch with apple support buy it's pretty much impossible because my request do no fit into ther cases ...

So here I am ...

If you have registered your device in your profile then go to: https://supportprofile.apple.com/MySupportProfile.doand click on you your old device in the profile and "unregister" it there. If you have not registered it there change your Apple ID password.

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

My iPhone was not registered, I've disabled iMessages before switching.

I'm just hoping for a way to let Apple know so they can fix this problem they created without having to pay to call them ... Just a simple support request or mail.
