Q: Computer transfer of apps

Hi, I have all my apps downloaded on a computer(in a mobile application file).Now having bought a new computer I want to transfer across. Can you do directly or do you have to down load again from iTunes?

Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer.

I already have iTunes on the new computer so can I only move the app file across?it is stored in my docs in a file called mobile applications.

Do not move the program folder.

Move the ENTIRE iTunes folder from /Music from the old computer to the new computer.
