iTunes troubleshooting with latest OSX Maverick

So I downloaded the Maverick. Since then I am having problems with:

  • my iTunes connectivity (can't rent/buy)
  • my Belkin modem (keeps getting cut off)
  • my Safari (not connecting)
  • mount notification wont open


Tell me you have a patch or something to direct me.
