This isn't Apple - it is a forum for Apple users and you apparantly own an Apple computer. There is no BIOS. If you want to format the hard drive (assuming you have deleted the Mac OS to install Windows) you'll need to connect an optical drive and restart with your Windows installation disk. If you installed Windows using BootCamp, boot into the Mac OS and reformat from there if you want to reformat just the Windows partition. If you want to reformat the entire drive, restart while holding the command R key to enter Apple's recovery mode.
