The system extension EyeOne.kext”

I've seen this in 'lepoard' discussions related to Roxio software.

The system extension “/Library/Extensions/EyeOne.kext” was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.

However, I get it when updating Parallells desktop. It doesn't seem to cause me any problems but maybe I just haven't used the feature this is part of.

Anyway I don't like error messages on my Mac so wondered if anyone had any idea what EyeOne.ktest was for and how I install it propally if I need to.
