Q: Purchased Music Not Available on Phone or PC

  1. I downloaded an album on my iPhone 5 a couple of weeks ago and the songs won't play.
  2. The songs were on my phone the first day (played them twice) but now they're gone, all my other music is still there.
  3. I can see them on my iTunes on the PC (they songs all have exclamation points) but not my iPhone.
  4. I can't delete them and redownload; they also don't appear in iTunes Match.
  5. I have the most recent software versions for iTunes PC (11.1.5.5) and my iPhone 5 (7.1).

Thanks for any help you can give.  I've purchased and downloaded a lot of music through iTunes and this is the first problem I've had like this!
