Q: How to get Mountain Lion?

I ordered Mountain Lion last week, but I haven´t received an email from Apple store yet. What does it mean: "Order Completed: We’ve billed you for Apple services only. You will not receive a physical item.". I thought I would receive an email with a link to click on.

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

Welcome to Apple Support Communities

OS X Mountain Lion is not available as a DVD. When you purchase it from the Apple Online Store, you should receive a email with a PDF file, indicating you a redeem code. You have to insert that code in the Mac App Store, so you can download OS X Mountain Lion.

Look in your mailbox if you have received that mail. If not, contact with Apple > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

Thank you very much, Mende1. Yes, I´ve purchased it from the Apple Online Store, and they already charged me, although I haven´t receiced an email from them. The problem is, that I can´t contact them via phone. I´m deaf and am currently outside of the US. I would need an email address from them, but can´t find it.
