I already know how to convert or put movies (MP4s) onto iTunes, I've done it before. I got a new laptop, therefore I had to re-add them again. For some reason, it won't work, like I did nothing to it. Anyone up for any suggestions to fix this problem? Please and thank you.
By the way, it's a windows 8 too, if that's any importance. 🙂

Yup, checked there, and still nothing. There might be something wrong with my laptop, but it's still unusual.

There is no problem putting videos onto my iPhone, iPad, etc. I have an issue of putting home videos onto my ITUNES.
I believe the link you gave me is for putting onto device, not onto iTunes.

I finally figured out what the problem is! I had to go to the video file > properties > uncheck read-only > then apply! It allowed my video file to go onto iTunes!
That's a weird restriction. Well done for tracking it down. 🙂
