I have forgotten my iTunes password and no longer have access to the recovery email address. It offers to verify dob etc. but says I entered it incorrectly! How do I get I to my account?

I have multiple iTunes accounts. One I cannot access because I've forgotten my password. It's telling met dob doesn't match what's on file (which is obscured) and I no longer have access to the recovery email address on that account. How can I access this account?
