Putting sub- and sub- sub folders on iPad
Can you put sub-, and sub-sub- folders on the iPad.

In what context are you asking about folders? On the home screen? Then rudegar is correct, you can't. However, within some apps, such as DropBox, FileManger and Box, you can.
I saw an article on "Zite" a few weeks ago that said you could try, but that it's not normally possible. you do it the same way you create a regular folder. I have not tried.
