Is there an iTunes Video Upgrade Service?

Obviously a purchase, but I have some older content that I originally bought in SD. It was the only option, at the time. Now the HD version is availalbe. Is there a service that I can upgrade (pay the difference) from SD to HD?

I haven't read anything about the possibility to do that, so I suppose you have to pay the full cost of the HD movie. Anyway, if you want to make sure it is true, you can contact with the iTunes Store support team > http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact
