Hi,

I'm setting up an MDM server.

Everything is set up. I can see it externally. However everytime I try and enrol a device I fail.

I believe I am getting stuck on step 2 (on page 3) of these instructions - http://images.apple.com/iphone/business/docs/DEP_Business_Guide_EN_Feb14.pdf

I can't add my MDM server to the "devices" tab on the left hand side on deploy.apple.com - purely because I don't have that tab there.

Can anybody help and explain why it is not there?

Instead of:

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

The correct answer is because I'm in the UK - and this is only US based at the minute.

Oh. Its an extremely new thing. But yeah, its US only at the minute (which is massively annoying for me).

No idea why you haven't got it though? Everything up to date?

Everything is up to date. I've called Enterprise support through Apple. Took forever to find the number...I've been told to enroll with a different email address. My main concern is if the apps we've purchased through the VPP will be linked to the DEP using a different email address...I'll let you know what I find out!
