Transfer RENTED movies from PC to iPad

I have rented 4 movies and downloaded them to my PC. I have not watched them. I would like to transfer them to my iPad and cannot seem to do so. Any ideas?

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (VZ)
