    Please provide more information. iMac versions? Mac OSX versions?

    it will be harder with the pre-2006 iMacs this forum covers due to software no longer being developed. If your iMacs are newer than 2005, post back and I can get the Hosts to move you to a more active forum.

    If you could identify the computers by Model Identifier (iMac4.1, etc) and the OS X version running within them, an answer may be forthcoming. Since the hardware and system software specifications changed over the many years iMac computers (PowerPC and Intel-based models) have been made, how they connect, network, etc has changed somewhat, too.

    {Details are very important. This is a little more technical

    than buying replacement car tires. You need to tell us...}

    Should you need some information about which models were iMac, their shapes, history and specification, there is a good degree of all specifications for ALL iMac models here.

    Hopefully this helps describe your computers or identify them.

    Also, if you are able to look into the 'About this Mac' in the

    Apple Menu dropdown sub-menus, info appears there. And

    even more should appear if you click on "More Info" in there.

    Good luck & happy computing!
