Hello,

I had backed-up all my i-tunes onto a hard drive that has subsequently died, and cannot be resurrected.

Now most of my music can't be located.

I gone to the re-download area and clicked the download part, but a lot of it hasn't shown up to redownload even tho it is still available.

My i-tunes is up to date, my PC is up-to-date. My PC is authorised.

Can you please help.
