my iphone 4s is stuck in a boot loop and wont restore, the error code will differ from time to time, they will be either error '21' or '3194' not jailbroken either! any help?😮

If your device is in recovery mode (showing the connect to iTunes screen), first try resetting it:
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
