I have numerous piicture folders on my phone but cannot see ro transfer to my pc

I have a number of albums on my phone but only 1 of them will show up when i connect to my pc. And I cannot see the folders in icloud either.

Suggestions???

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1

Hey jak565,

Thanks for the question. It sounds like the albums you are referring to may have been synced from another computer. Only the Camera Roll will be available for importing when connecting your device:

iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer

You can import only photo and video content taken with the built-in camera or captured on the device. You can't import photo or video content synced from iTunes.
