Q: I forgot the answers to my security questions and the recovery email is wrong. What can I do???

Help! I forgot the answers to my questions and the recovery email is wrong, and i don;t know what to do. I have money on my account so I cant just make another account. I also want to avoid calling as much as possible because I prefer reading things over hearing them. Has anyone else had a symilar problem? Also if you guys know the apple support email that would be extreemly helpful too.

    You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form. The last link uses email, but you'll probably be told to call if you use it.

     

     

    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
