Restoring an iCloud Calendar accidentally deleted with no backup

I had strange duplicated iCloud Calendars im my Calendar app in my Mac (Mavericks) and try to erase one, to keep the other. But when I erased one, both were gone and I didn't have a backup. Is there any way to recover it? Thanks
