my i5s can not be found by my itunes.

my itunes won't recognize my iphone 5s, i have the latest version of itunes 11.1.5, i even try uninstall my itunes but the result after installing it is still the same. i even try going to

  • my computer and manage devices.
  • portable devices
  • apple iphone (update driver softweare)
  • by clicking the "browse my computer for driver softweare (manualy)
  • it says it is still up to date "MTP USB device"

after that i went to universalserial bus controlle but still my phone cant be found.


note: i even buy a new USB connection for my phone.the only thing that open when i connect my phone is my documents were it shows my iphone memmory.



anyone can help me? please.

Continue your troubleshooting with the article below to resolve issues with your iPhone not being seen in iTunes. Check any third party software that could be blocking access. Also when you reinstall iTunes, did you uninstall the software in the specific order that the second article points out? Let me know so I can point you in the right direction.
