Thank you for the question. It sounds like you are trying to set up iTunes Match on your iPad after subscribing to iTunes Match on your computer, but you are being prompted to subscribe to iTunes Match.
For an issue like this, I recommend verifying that you are signed into the iTunes Store on your iPad with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe to iTunes Match on your computer. You can check this under Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad. If you need to change the signed in Apple ID, use the steps in this article:

Once you have verified the correct Apple ID is signed in, use the steps in the section titled “To add an iOS device to iTunes Match” in the following article to enabled iTunes Match on your iPad:
