Using LV Xeon 5240

I was wondering if I could use a pair of LV5240 40W TDP on a xserve 1.1 (late 2006) because I would like to lower the consumption on my xserve (to reduce power consumption) and use a faster processor, It will be my main computer to create a database, multimedia and a firewall protection.
