FaceTime not working properly iPad Air

So hello,

In the picture below, you can see my iPad Air lock screen. This might take a while to type, and I'm sorry if this makes no sense. Anyways, when in lock my ipad while I'm on FaceTime, everything on the lock screen appears as normal. Then, I unlock it (let's say to look at a friend or post something etc...) and lock it again, the contact name keeps moving to the right for every time that I lock it! And if I lock it 3 or 4 times, the name will completely disappear. I've done resets from iTunes, and just from the iPad, I've also held down the home & power buttons and let it reboot, but nothing works. I know this may sound like something stupid, but I am really fanatic about these things and I didn't pay $700 for this problem to happen.
